Humara pakistan....
Together we
Can make a change, perhaps not in a day, or even in a year. But hey it took us
over 30 years to get to this point. SO hal kya hai? Hal yeh hai ke hum sab mil ke hal nikalen. New thoughts idea's and solutions. One step at a time, to change the thoughts and actions of our people. Kabhi to pathar pe pani ka assar hoga! One kind deed at a time! Perhaps then our Pakistan will become what Alama Iqbal envisioned!
Inshallah!
I am a Pakistani
born and raised in Europe. My parents have done an excellent job in raising us
with Islam, Logic and Love of all things Pakistani.
Thanks to
our upbringing I had a lot of questions both about what it means to be Pakistani
and why things are the way they are. We started out by being admired by our
neighbours for our honesty and hardworking nature. Unfortunately we went from
feeling proud to be Pakistani to feeling ashamed for every bomb blast that
happened. I felt responsible and accountable for everything going on in Pakistan.
Over time I started feeling more and
more frustrated about how thing were rapidly changing in Pakistan for the
worse.
There is
such a vast difference between as I have seen Pakistan, and what my son is
seeing, one would think it’s not even the same country. After years of contemplating about problems in
Pakistan, I started thinking: To hal kya hai? How can we make Pakistan the
place I remember? Or inshallah even
better than that?
Inshallah!
